By this agreement, Armorial Gold Heraldry Services grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the clipart images. You may not loan, rent, sell or otherwise transfer the right to use the images to any other person or entity. You may not simultaneously use the images on more than one computer at a time. Altering Armorial Gold Images in anyway does not void the copyright.
You agree to indemnify and hold Armorial Gold Heraldry Services harmless against any damages or liability of any kind arising from any use of the images other than the permitted uses specified in this agreement. Armorial Gold images are provided "AS IS." Armorial Gold Heraldry Services makes no warranty, either express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for any particular use, type or quality of image, or compatibility with any computer or other kind of equipment. Armorial Gold Heraldry Services shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, the images.
You are allowed and expected to keep a backup copy of your download, and you SHOULD backup the downloaded archive files as soon as possible to make sure you don't loose you files. The site only allows you to download the archive files once, we can reset your download if something goes wrong, but if you lose your files when due to a disk or computer failure more than a year after your purchase, we may not have the file(s) available to download again.
